**Note: We have a smaller store and have to turn over inventory quickly by liquidating them at affordable prices. Therefore we cannot pay too much for used items.

 

However, we have to be very selective in buying the best items for our showroom for fair prices since we get a LOT of requests. We prefer modern styled sets instead of odds and ends single pieces.

PLEASE.. We "prefer" pieces that are less than 5 years old..

All items MUST be:

In overall fair to good condition. Sellers must disclose if furniture needs cleaning or repair. Sellers must disclose if appliances need repair as well.

• From a smoke-free home.
• No strong smells.
• No peeling bonded leather.
• Not too outdated.
• Nothing living inside of it.

 

We have to resell the items for a profit so please be reasonable with your asking price. We have to pay our drivers to come pick the furniture up and also we assume the risk of reselling the items for a profit.
